Meeting of the editorial group for Law on grassroot- level conciliation 13/02/2012

On February 9, the editorial group for Law on grassroot- level conciliation held a meeting to give comments on the main contents of the draft Law on grassroot- level conciliation . Deputy Minister Nguyen Thuy Hien, Deputy Head of the compiling committee, chaired the meeting. Attending the meeting were members of the editorial group from ministries, sectors and some departments under the MOJ.

Ministry of Justice to organize Lunar New Year press meeting 07/02/2012

A lunar New Year meeting with journalists was held by Ministry of Justice on February 6 to inform its working results in 2011 and action plan in 2012. On February 1, 2012 the Steering committee for reviewing the implementation of the1992 Constitution organized the conference to gather opinions on the Government’s draft report summarizing the implementation of the 1992 Constitution in Hanoi.

General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement on December 21 organized a conference to deploy the 2012 civil judgment enforcement tasks. Minister Ha Hung Cuong, Deputy Ministers Nguyen Duc Chinh and Pham Quy Ty, representative from the Supreme People's Procuracy and other leaders of agencies under Ministry of Justice attended the Conference. From the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement’s side were General Director Nguyen Van Luyen, Deputy General Directors Nguyen Van Son and Hoang Sy Thanh, representatives from the local department of civil and military judgment enforcement as well as bailiff offices.
