Present at the meeting were Justice Minister Ha Hung Cuong, Deputy Minister Nguyen Thuy Hien, Deputy Minister Le Hong Son, representatives from Ministry of Home Affairs and leaders of departments under Ministry of Justice.At the meeting, the participants heard the report summarizing the work on personnel and organisation of the Sector in 2011, orientations and tasks for 2012 as well as report reviewing the personnel and organisation work in the civil judgment enforcement agencies. The delegates also discussed and exchangedopinionsto further clarifythe gainedresults as well as limitationsobstaclesin2011; proposedmeasuresand orientationstoimprove the qualityand effectiveness of personnel and organisation work in 2012.

On February 2, Ministry of Justice held the conference on personnel and organization for 2012. Present at the meeting were Justice Minister Ha Hung Cuong, Deputy Minister Nguyen Thuy Hien, Deputy Minister Le Hong Son, representatives from Ministry of Home Affairs and leaders of departments under Ministry of Justice.
At the meeting, the participants heard the report summarizing the work on personnel and organisation of the Sector in 2011, orientations and tasks for 2012 as well as report reviewing the personnel and organisation work in the civil judgment enforcement agencies. The delegates also discussed and exchanged opinions to further clarify the gained results as well as limitations, obstacles in 2011; proposed measures and orientations to improve the quality and effectiveness of personnel and organisation work in 2012.
Addressing at the conference, Minister Ha Hung Cuong highly appreciated the results achieved in 2011and pointed out the shortcomings, limitations that should be overcome in coming time.
