Conference deploying the 2012 civil judgment enforcement tasks
General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement on December 21 organized a conference to deploy the 2012 civil judgment enforcement tasks. Minister Ha Hung Cuong, Deputy Ministers Nguyen Duc Chinh and Pham Quy Ty, representative from the Supreme People's Procuracy and other leaders of agencies under Ministry of Justice attended the Conference. From the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement’s side were General Director Nguyen Van Luyen, Deputy General Directors Nguyen Van Son and Hoang Sy Thanh, representatives from the local department of civil and military  judgment enforcement as well as bailiff offices.
The conference participant have heard the draft report on the summary of 2011 civil judgment enforcement work; orientations, duties and draft work plan in 2012; draft summary report examining and solving the remaining civil judgment cases and related matters.

Having speech at the conference, Minister Ha Hung Cuong highly spoke of the recent gained achievements of the sector , especially in 2011. However, the Minister pointed out the shortcomings, limitations that needed to be seriously reviewed. He also proposed that the sector should not satisfy with the obtained results, recognize their responsibilities and constantly strive to create sustainable development in the coming time.

General Director Nguyen Van Luyen, on behalf of the whole sector, promised to make efforts to achieve the 2012 objectives, create positive and sustainable changes in all sectors./.-ITD
