Recently, the Department of Civil Status, Nationality, Authentication hosted the workshop of Hungarian exchange experience in building and implementing legislation on the registration and management of civil status; consult experts of Hungary on a number of draft content of Vietnamese Civil Law. Attending at the workshop were Deputy Minister in charge of the legislative work of the Ministry of Public Administration and Justice of Hungary, Mr. Nguyen Cong Khanh, Director of Civil Status, Nationality, Authentication Department, Ministry of Justice; the senior advisers of Hungary with representatives of the agencies under the MOJ.

State President Truong Tan Sang, Head of the Central Steering Committee for Judicial Reform, on July 31 worked with the Party Affairs Committee of the Ministry of Justice to review the implementation of the Party Politburo’s resolution on judicial reform (Resolution N.49). Justice Minister Ha Hung Cuong, Secretary of the Ministry’s Party Affairs Committee, and other Ministry’s leader attended the working session.
