Regulation of the Council on assessment approach to law, order and procedures for assessment, accreditation standard ranking locals
On April 18, Ministry of Justice held a meeting to comment on draft Circular for Council on the legal assessment approach; procedures, assessment procedures, recognition, local ranking and praised standard approach typical of law under the chairmanship of Justice Deputy Minister Nguyen Thuy Hien.

At the meeting, representatives of the ministries, branches and localities have had many comments and complete construction of a draft circular as: the draft is necessary to determine the time, access time evaluation method legislation to implement uniform nationwide; Council should evaluate the law extended component because the evaluation involves many areas due to different management agencies; further specific targets and criteria for evaluating and determining the levels of Justice are the only clue to clearly define the responsibilities of professional bodies; to ensure the feasibility and legal assessment approach is effective, immediate, necessary piloted in some provinces, then launch through country.

Having speech to conclude the meeting, Deputy Minister Nguyen Thuy Hien confirmed that construction and completion of draft circular are necessary to implement the Decision No. 09/2013/QD-TTg. Deputy Minister requested Editorial Team to study the draft implementation plan for evaluating the pilot approached the law in some provinces and then proceed to review and evaluate, on the basis of going to deploy on a large scale.
