Today (August 20), the NA’s standing committee held the Q& A session with members of the Government on law building. In the morning, Minister Ha Hung Cuong answers all questions relating to his responsibilities in the building, promulgation and monitoring of legal normative documents.
Earlier, Ministry of Justice held the conference reviewing the verification of the legal normative documents and finding out the measures to improve the quality of this activity.
Since the Law on the promulgation of the legal normative documents came into effects in 2009, the quality of legal documents has been raised, the number of legal normative documents that are verified has been triple in comparison with ten years ago.
The verification of the legal normative documents is considered as an important task of the Government. In the Government’s latest meeting, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung asked Ministries and Sectors to closely cooperate with each other in promulgating the legal normative documents to improve their quality and feasibility.
