On September 07, to continue activities in the framework of the working visit between the Ministries of Justice of Vietnam and Laos in Quang Binh province, Lao Ministry of Justice’s delegation led by Minister of Justice Chalon Nhiapaoho with Vietnam Ministry of Justice’s delegation led by Deputy Minister Hoang the Lien held a work visit to collective staffing, teachers of Dong Hoi Law junior College.

Draft Decree on promoting professionalization in authenticated translation 10/08/2012

Recently, the issue on the translation quality of authenticated documents and the authority of signature were not regulated clearly that required more Government’s management. Therefore, Ministry of Justice chaired to build a Draft Decree on authenticated translation activities. On 6th August, Deputy Minister Le Hong Son worked with Department of Judicial Administration for this draft document.

Meeting to evaluate the interdisciplinary coordinated implementation of state management on compensation 06/08/2012

To improve the coordination between ministries and sectors of the state management on compensation, on 31st July, Ministry of Justice hosted a meeting to evaluate the interdisciplinary state compensation management in the first 06 months in 2012 and to exchange as well as to offer solutions to improve the efficiency of state management on compensation within 06 months last year and coming years.

The first meeting of the compilation committee for supplementing and amending the marriage and family Law 27/07/2012

On July 26, Ministry of Justice held the first meeting of the compilation committee for supplementing and amending the marriage and family Law with the aim at introducing the compilation Committee and editing group and gathering opinions on: the draft Plan to amend and supplement the Law, the draft operating regulation of the compilation Committee and editing group, draft plan to review the law implementation and draft report on the orientations to amend and supplement the Law. Minister Ha Hung Cuong chaired the meeting.

Minister of Justice Ha Hung Cuong to visit and work in Dong Hoi Law junior school 25/07/2012

On July23, the Ministry of Justice’s delegation led by Minister Ha Hung Cuong paid a working visit to the Board of intimacy and all civil servants under Dong Hoi Law junior school to examine the preparation facilities as well as recruitment, enrollment, and may show interest, to share the difficulties and problems in the school building in the early days of establishment.

On July 16th, Ministry of Justice hosted the preliminary conference of the judicial works in first 6 months and directed the tasks in last 6 months of 2012 by video conference in three cities were Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh.

Science Council of the Ministry of Justice hosted the first meeting 13/07/2012

On July12, Ministry of Justice’s Scientific Council has held the first session with farewell ceremony for members of the scientific in term of 2004 - 2011, consolidating the Science Council's tenure from 2012 to 2016 and prepared for major directions and operational plans of the Science Council in coming time. In the occasion of 27th Day for Martyrs and Wounded Soldiers of Vietnam, Trade Union and Youth Union under Justice Ministry paid a gratefully visit to Truong Son National Cemetery, National Road 9 Cemetery, Quang Tri Ancient Citadel in Quang Tri province and the Monument complex in Dong Loc three-way cross-roads, Ha Tinh province from July 5th to 8th.

Checking the registration of security transactions using land use rights and assets attached to land 09/07/2012

In two days from July 05 to 06, the Joint Task Group from the Ministries of Justice, Natural Resources and Environment led by Mr. Pham Tuan Ngoc, Deputy Director of National Registry of Secured Transactions Department, conducted the examination on registration of security transactions using land use rights and assets attached to land in Phu Tho Province.

To commemorate the 87th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day, Deputy Minister Dinh Trung Tung, accompanied by leaders of agencies under Ministry of Justice, paid a visit to congratulate the MOJ’s information portal. Addressing at the meeting, the Deputy Minister affirmed the MOJ’s portal has lots of contributions to the propaganda of the Sector and Ministry’s activity. He wished that all the leaders and staff will make further efforts to build a more perfective portal which better serves people and enterprises.
