On April 17, the Justice Ministry held a press conference announcing the summary on the implementation of the 1992 Constitution. Attending the conference were representatives from NA Commission to amend the Constitution, ministries, central agencies, news agencies, newspapers, radio and television stations.
Deputy Minister Le Hong Son informed the results of implementing the 1992 Constitution of the Government and tasks of the Steering Committee for 2012. Accordingly, although the review of the Constitution implementation held in a short time, ministries, sectors and localities have seriously implemented and completed all required reports, which helps the Steering Committee fulfill Government’s report on reviewing the implementation of the 1992 Constitution.
Deputy Minister of Justice Hoang The Lien, chairman of the press conference, directly answered all questions raised by news agencies, radio and television stations on contents relating to the review of the 1992 Constitution implementation .
The summary of the 1992 Constitution implementation showed that the Government has drastically directed the Constitution amendments and supplements in the spirit of Resolution of the 11th National Party Congress.
