Justice Ministry on March 30 held a meeting of the research team for the 1992 Constitution amendment. Deputy Minister Hoang The Lien chaired the meeting. The research team under Ministry of Justice included 33 members headed by Deputy Minister Hoang The Lien; Deputy Minister Le Thanh Long worked as deputy head and the members were divided into 4 working groups.
At the meeting, delegates discussed the draft working plan for 2012. The plan was built on the basis of the Plan No. 04/KH-UBDTSDHP dated August 23, 2011 of the NA Committee for amending and supplementing the 1992 Constitution, composed of the following 04 activity groups: group meetings; thematic studies; workshop and seminar organizations as well as participating workshops held by NA Committee for amending and supplementing the 1992 Constitution.
Deputy Minister Hoang The Lien asked work groups to actively build its working plan, collect documents, self-research, organize seminars and propose the issues in the Constitution that need to be amended and supplemented in order to ensure the progress of work deployment.
