Reporting on the judicial work in the first six months of 2011, Mr Pham Thanh Long, Director of the provincial department of Justice, said that the provincial justice sector has gained positive results. From now to the end of this year, the department will continue to consolidate its organizations and enhance the implementation of the plans in the fields of lawyers, property auction, legal dissemination and education….
The working results of the provincial department of civil judgment enforcement also received high appreciation from the General Department of civil judgment enforcement. In the early months of 2011, the department coordinated with courts to solve the shortcomings and difficulties due to the unclear decisions of the courts.
Addressing at the meeting, Minister Ha Hung Cuong was pleased with the gained achievements of the two provincial sectors. He also highly spoke of the coordination of the two sectors with other provincial departments, sectors and branches to strengthen their duties’ effectiveness. He proposed the two departments to make more efforts to successfully fulfill their tasks and actively participate in the socio-economic development of Quang Ninh province.
On 23 April, Minister Ha Hung Cuong had a working session with Quang Ninh provincial Party Committee, People’s Committee and People’s Council on strengthening the effectiveness of judicial work and civil judgment enforcement./.-ITD
