Founding the Division of Administrative procedure examination under Justice Ministry’s Office

Justice Minister on 9 April 2011 issued Decision No 488/ QD-BTP founding the Division of Administrative procedure examination under the Office of Justice Ministry. The Division of Administrative procedure examination is an organization attached to the Office of Justice Ministry that has functions to assist the Office’s Chief Executive in undertaking the examination of administrative procedure pursuant to the Decree No 63/ 2010/ ND-CP of the Government dated 8 June 2010 of the Government on controlling administrative procedures and Decree No 20/ 2008/ ND-CP dated 14 February 2008 of the Government on receipt and handling individuals and organizations feedback and proposals.
The functions and duties of the Division are based on the guide of the joint-circular No 01/ 2011/ TTLT-VPCP-BNV dated 26 January 2011 of the Government’s Office and Ministry of Home Affairs guiding the functions, duties, powers and organizational structure of the Divisions of Administrative procedure examination under the Offices of Ministries, Ministerial-level agencies and provincial People’s Committees.

The Division shall undertake the responsibilities of formulating and submitting Minister of Justice for promulgation of regulation on administrative procedure examination under the state management of Justice Ministry, creating the legal basis for effectively implementing this duty in Ministry of Justice./.-ITD
