Justice Minister Ha Hung Cuong paid a visit to Quang Binh province
Justice Minister Ha Hung Cuong on April 5 had a working session with Quang Binh provincial Party Committee, People’s Committee and People’s Council on judicial work and civil judgment enforcement.
Reporting to Minister and Justice Ministry’s working delegation, Mr Truong Quang Them, Director of Quang Binh provincial Department of Justice, said that the tasks of building, examining, review and systemize the legal normative documents have been paid much attention recently. Relating to the legal dissemination and education, provincial People’s Committee issued the plan to implement “Legal Day” in Quang Binh. Other fields such as: judicial administration, judicial support… also gained positive results.

Mr Pham Van Lanh, Director of the provincial Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement, reported that the provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department had to implement 2.252 cases in 2011 (of which 1.249 cases eligible to be implemented and 1.003 cases ineligible to be implemented). At present, the department has implemented 730 cases over 1.249 cases that meet conditions to be implemented.

Addressing at the meeting, Minister Ha Hung Cuong highly appreciated the efforts of Quang Binh Departments of Justice and Civil Judgment Enforcement over the past years and asked the Departments to make further efforts in the coming time. He also proposed the provincial Party Committee, People’s Committee and local authorities at all levels to pay more attention to the situation that state agencies did not enforce the judgments.

On April 6, Minister Ha Hung Cuong will work with Ha Tinh provincial Party Committee, People’s Committee and People’s Council on judicial work and civil judgment enforcement./.-ITD
