Justice Minister’ s working visit in Ha Tinh province
Justice Minister Ha Hung Cuong on April 6 met with leaders of Ha Tinh provincial Party Committee, People’s Committee, People’s Council, provincial departments and sectors on judicial work and civil judgment enforcement.
Unlike the situation in other provinces, Ha Tinh provincial departments of Justice and Civil Judgment Enforcement received lots of concerns from leaders of Ha Tinh provincial Party Committee, People’s Committee and People’s Council as well as effective cooperation from provincial Police Force, People’s Courts, People’s Procuracy, other departments and sectors in Ha Tinh. Both departments affirmed that they would achieve and surpass the assigned target in 2011.

While highly appreciating the achieved results of the provincial departments of Justice and Civil Judgment Enforcement, Mr Tran Minh Ky, Permanent Vice Chairman of Ha Tinh provincial People’s Committee, said the provincial People’s Committee directed the provincial Justice Sector to do their best to successfully fulfill their assigned tasks and duties, especially in the fields of legal dissemination and education, legal aid, judicial administration and judicial support…

Mr Nguyen Thanh Binh, Secretary of Ha Tinh provincial Party Committee, praised the provincial Justice Sector’s positive contributions to the local achievements.

Mr Le Van Hong, Director of Ha Tinh Department of Justice, proposed Ministry of Justice to strengthen directions to their newly assigned duties as observation of legal implementation, registry of secured transactions…

Meanwhile, Mr Nguyen Van Cuong, Director of Ha Tinh provincial Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement, informed that in 2010 his Department fulfilled 86.49% of the cases and 73.1% of the money. In the last three months of 2010 and the first three months of 2011, the provincial Department has implemented 69% of the cases and 59% of the money. The Department also accurately categorized the cases that are eligible or ineligible to be implemented.

Speaking at the meeting, Minister Ha Hung Cuong emphasized the role of provincial Justice and Civil Judgment Enforcement Sectors in the provincial socio-economic developments. He also asked leaders of Ha Tinh provincial Party Committee, People’s Committee and People’s Council to create favorable conditions for the two department to further take part in the local development. /.-ITD
