On February 28, on behalf of Ministry of Justice, Deputy Minister Hoang The Lien awarded medal on “contribution to the justice development in Vietnam” to Ms Lotta Sylwander, UNICEF representative in Vietnam.
During her working term in Vietnma, from August 2010 to now, Ms Lotta Sylwander has had positive contributions in enhancing the cooperation between UNICEF and Vietnam, especially in the field of chilldren’s protection. At the ceremony, Deputy Minister Lien acknowledged and highly spoke of her contribution to justice sector. He expressed his hope that Ms Lotta Sylwander continued supporting Vietnam’s development and humanitarian programs.
Expressing her honor at the ceremonY, Ms Lotta Sylwander hoped that Ministry of Justice will cooperate with UNICEF to develop a child-friendly justice system in Vietnam.
