On January 14, at the meeting with Prof. Dr. Bernhard Vogel, Honorable Chairman of the KAS, Justice Minister Ha Hung Cuong said Vietnam is now preparing for the enforcement of the 2013 Constitution to gain the target of building the rule of law state in Vietnam.
Introducing to KAS delegation on the new points and amendments in the amended Constitutions, the Minister added that Ministry of Justice is the agency that helps Government prepare and make a plan for the Constitution implementation with a number of tasks and priorities in 2014.
He also emphasized that Vietnam is now in the process of legal and judicial reform. And during the international integration, Vietnam has received lots of supports and aids from other countries and organisations including KAS. He hoped that Vietnam will get more supports and aids in the process of perfecting the institutions, especially in amending and supplementing the criminal and civil codes as well as human resources in legal and judicial field…
Addressing at meeting, Prof. Dr. Bernhard Vogel promised that KAS would continue supporting and enhancing the cooperation with Ministry of Justice. He and Minister Ha Hung Cuong also discussed matters of mutual concerns relating to buiding the rule of law state in Vietnam.
