On February 22, the delegation had a working session with the Regional Council of Notaries of Lyon on the organization, the relationship among agencies in the French notary system as well as the state management in the notary field. At the meeting, Minister Ha Hung Cuong expressed his thanks to the council for their support and cooperation to Vietnamese Ministry of Justice for the past years.
On February 24-25, the delegation will have working sessions with French legal and judicial agencies such as: Supreme Council of French Notary, the legal Committees of the National Assembly and Lower House, Paris Court of Cassation, the Council of State… The two Justice Ministers will also meet and discuss matters of mutual concern.
During the working trip, the delegation will sign two documents in the legal cooperation between Vietnam and France (the appendix of the 2014 MOU between Vietnamese Ministry of Justice and Supreme Council of French Notary, the cooperative agreement between Vietnamese Ministry of Justice and French Council of State).
