Justice Minister Ha Hung Cuong congratulated Mr. Schulze on successfully fulfilling his tenure as Ambassador to Vietnam, contributing to create positive change in relations between two countries. The Minister highly appreciated the role of the Ambassador in promoting bilateral relations including cooperation in the legal and judicial fields during his tenure in Vietnam.
