Under the Decision No.1696/QD-BTP dated July 05, 2013 signed by Justice Minister, from July 16 to 21, Vietnamese delegation includes Judicial Support Bureau, Ministry of Justice, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh city Notary Boards led by Mr. Phan Van Cheo, Chairman of Ho Chi Minh city notary Board joined the 3rd of Asia Affairs Commission Conference of UINL held in the Ulan Bator, capital of Mongolia.

On July 14, after the official visit to the Hungary, Justice Minister Ha Hung Cuong and the senior delegation of the Vietnamese Justice Ministry has left Budapest for Bucharest to begin 02 days working trip in Romania at the invitation of the Romanian Minister of Justice - Robert Marius Cazanciuc.
