Draft Decree on administrative sanction: ensuring the feasibility and accuracy On January 22, at the meeting to discuss the draft decree on administrative sanction in the judicial fields, Minister of Justice Ha Hung Cuong asked the compilation committee to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of the Decree. He emphasized that this is a significant Decree that help to raise the position of the Ministry and Sector as well as its operating effectiveness. Based on the three current Decree on administrative sanction in the fields of justice, marriage and family, bankruptcy procedures, the draft decree plans to include 4 chapters and 66 articles, focusing on defining the violations, the forms and levels of sanction and competence and procedures for sanctioning administrative violations.
