In 2012, despite the difficult socio-economic situation, the civil judgment enforcement has gained positive changes. The propotion of solved cases increases over 1,74% compared to 2011 (increasing 1500 cases and VND 180 billion), surplusing the targets assigned by the Ministry of Justice. Other tasks such as the personnel organisation, the perfection of legal normative documents, the solution of complaints and denunciations … also witnessed significant progress.
However, there still exists certain shortcomings and weaknesses that need to solve in the coming time. Addressing at the conference, General Director of General Department on civil judgment enforcement Hoang Sy Thanh asked the delegates to comprehensively evaluate the 2012 tasks and frankly discuss the assigned tasks in 2013. Participants also shared valuable experiences relating to the practice of civil judgment implementation in localities.
