The five-year CIDA-funded project aimed at supporting the capacity development of legal training institutions and associated legal structures so that legal rights of Vietnamese citizens can be respected, promoted and protected in a more efficient, effective and equitable manner.
Addressing at the conference, Deputy Minister Hoang The Lien said that the project helps increase the Vietnamese legal staff’s capacity to enhance the transparency and responsibility in state management.
The project has had positive impact on the judicial development as well as matched the conditions and situation in Vietnam.
Meanwhile, Deputy Chief Judge of People’s Supreme Court Dang Quang Phuong emphasized that the project support the Courts in the implementation of judicial reforms and raise the capacity within PSC.
