In 2012, the provincial justice sector has gained progresses in the legal education and dissemination as well as legal aid. However, there still remains weaknesses in the judicial support, notary and lawyers. In the field of civil judgement enforcement, Tra Vinh fulfilled the assigned target, solving over 6,400 cases and collecting 80 billion VNĐ.
Addressing at the meeting, Deputy Minister Nguyen Duc Chinh emphasized that Tra Vinh provincial justice sector has lots of strengths, especially in managing activities, implementation of plans and project, organisation and personnel… Besides, he asked the provincial sector to pay more attention to the emulation and commendation.
On the same day, the delegation attended the ceremony reviewing the emulation and commendation movements in the Mekong Delta Region.
