Within the coordination between Ministry of Justice and Konrad-Adenauer-Foundation (KAS), on October 5, Ministry of Justice held the seminar on commendation for completion of draft decree on reviewing and systematizing legal normative documents. Deputy Minister of Justice Pham Quy Ty attended and chaired the seminar.
At the seminar, representatives from Ministries, Sectors and localities had contributions on the role of the reviewing and systematization of legal normative documents, their difficulties during the implementation as well as recommendations to the draft Decree. The participants also discussed and exchanged views on the contents of the draft Decree, focusing on the necessity and legal basis for the decree promulgation; scope of regulation; responsibilities and procedures on reviewing and systematizing legal normative documents, building the database serving the review and systematization of legal normative documents…
Addressing at the seminar, Deputy Minister PhamQuy Ty appreciated the efforts of Department for legal normative document examination in perfecting the draft decree as well as frank commendations of the participants. He also hope KAS to have other cooperative programs with Ministry of Justice.
In the coming time, the Department for examination of legal normative document will gather all commendations from Ministries, Sectors and localities for further study and perfection of the draft decree.
