Deputy Minister Le Hong Son said that Vietnam has gone through many reforms, starting with economic, administrative, judicial reforms, and has achieved lots of success. However, there still exist a number of issues on the management and administration of the reforms, leading to impede each other, losing the key staffs... and challenges in practice. To be effective, it needs to pay attention to sustainability through the efficient use of the national database on administrative procedures and the quality of reviewing and simplifying administrative procedures.
To promote administrative reform plan in 2012, Ministry of Justice will focus on 7 areas including: institutional reform, administrative procedures, the organizational structure of State administration, building improvement team of public servants, public finance, administrative modernization, management and direction of administrative reforms.
