On May 10, at the MOJ headquarter, Ministry of Justice hosted the signing ceremony of joint Circular on guiding the order and procedures for searching, verifying, exchanging and providing criminal record information among the Ministry of Justice, Supreme People's Court, Supreme People's Procuracy, Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of Defense.
The joint Circular signing ceremony was solemnly held with the full participation of leaders representing related ministries and agencies, correspondent of press agencies. Minister of Justice Ha Hung Cuong attended and witnessed the signing ceremony.
The success of the signing ceremony of joint circular showed the well-preparation of the minitries and sectors and marked a new development in collaborative activities among these ministries.
The joint Circular includes 5 chapters and 27 articles and takes effect from the date of June 28, 2012.
