Attending the ceremony were Justice Deputy Minister Le Hong Son; on the donor side were Colonel Doan Minh Tuan, Deputy General Director of the Company No.36 and Lieutenant Colonel Tran Van Thanh, Director of Company No.36.72, under the Defense Ministry; and on the local side were Mr. Hau Minh Loi, Director of the Justice Department of Ha Giang province.
Addressing at ceremony, Mr. Hau Minh Loi gave thanks to Ministry of Justice and Company No.36, Defense Ministry for the concern and assistance and confirmed that the activity will gradually help improve the ethnic minority groups’ material and spiritual life, as well as settle stable lives. He also committed that Ha Giang provincial Department of Justice would use the money for proper purposes to sharing difficulties and meet aspirations of the local people.
