MOJ seminar to comment the Draft Law on Grassroot conciliation
Ministry of Justice in collaboration with judicial Development and Grassroots Development Project (JUDGE Project) of the Canadian Government's International Development Agency (CIDA) on May 15 held a seminar to comment Draft Law on Grassroot Reconciliation under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister Nguyen Thuy Hien.

The workshop was attended by representatives of the Legal Department under Ministry of Home Affairs, Department of law and democracy under Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Judicial Support Department and People's Committees of Hai Phong, Hung Yen;  officials implementing the legal dissemination and education in Quang Ninh, Hai Duong, Ha Nam, Hung Yen and Hai Phong.

The seminar delegates highly agreed with the need for issuing the Law in order to preserve love, family and community unity, ensure regional security and order, reduce the workload of state agencies...

Having a conclusion speech at the seminar, Deputy Minister Nguyen Thuy Hien appreciated  the comments of delegates and said that the issuance of Grassroot Reconciliation Law would contribute to the policy and strategy on building new rural areas of the Party and State.
