After the professional training conference for legal affairs officials of ministries and sectors, at the end of August 2011, Ministry of Justice coordinated with legal implementation for economic integration Project to organize the professional training conference for legal affairs officials under Northern provincial and municipal-level People's Committees in Lang Son province.
Deputy Minister of Justice Pham Quy Ty and Vice Chairman of Lang Son Provincial People's Committee To Hung Khoa attended the conference.
At the conference, experts from Ministry of Justice introduced the basic contents and implementation plan of Decree No. 55/2011/ND-CP dated 04/7/2011 of the Government on functions, tasks, powers and organizational apparatus of the legal organizations
The participants also listened to the contents of the draft joint-circular by the Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Justice guiding the management and use of State Budget funds for elaboration of legal documents of People’s Councils and People’s Committees (replacing Joint Circular No. 09/2007/TTLT-BTP-BTC) and exchanged experiences in this field to perfect the draft joint -circular./.-ITD
