Ministry of Justice on August 18 held the fostering course on professional knowledge of emulation and commendation for Departments of Justice in the Northern provinces and cities, departments and agencies under the Ministry and Vi Thanh Law Junior College. The course lasts two days ( August 18-19, 2011).
In the opening speech, Deputy Minister of Justice Dinh Trung Tung affirmed that the Emulation and Commendation work played an important part in motivating collectives and individuals in the Justice Sector to well fulfill the political tasks and duties assigned by the Communist Party and State, greatly contributing to the cause of national construction and preservation.
During the course, the trainees will be introduced to the basic content of the Decree No. 42/2010/ND-CP of the Government, Circular No. 02/2011/TT-BNV of the Ministry of Home Affairs on implementation of the Emulation and Commendation Law; the emulation and commendation work in the Justice Sector and the basic contents of the Circular No 06/2011/TT-BTP of the Ministry of Justice./.-ITD
