Attending the conference were leaders of the Ministry of Justice and Quang Binh province as well as representatives from 32 Northern provinces and cities.Delivering the opening speech at the conference, Minister Ha Hung Cuong – Chairman of the Central Steering Committee of Program 212 - affirmed that Legal Dissemination and Education was an important activity in building and developing the nation, which contribute to building the legal system and renovating the state administration and social management. Raising awareness in legal compliance for the cadres in communes, wards, district townships will help to maintainpolitical stability, social order and safety and serve socioeconomic development in the areas.In the Final Report presented at the conference, Deputy Minister Nguyen Thuy Hien highly evaluated that the synchronized and unified performance of theProgram 212 had mobilized the participation and coordination of all levels, sectors, organisations and people.
