On August 5, the Ministry of Justice organized the workshop on a model of organization and activities of commercial reconciliation. Attending the seminar were Mr. Do Hoang Yen – Director of Department of Judicial Support, US and Vietnamese legal experts and representatives of agencies under the Ministry of Justice.
The workshop was held to provide information, exchange views and discuss the model of organisation as well as the commercial reconciliation activities in some countries. It also aimed at suggesting ways and withdrawing lessons to apply to current conditions in Vietnam.
At the workshop, US and Vietnamese legal experts and participants discussed commercial reconciliation activities in the world and the suitable model applied to practical conditions in Vietnam. Especially, some participants had notable presentations on law and practice of commercial reconciliation activities in several countries including UK, France and Australia. They also proposed model of organisation and commercial reconciliation activities in Vietnam./.-ITD
