Within the Justice Partnership Program (JPP) sponsored by the European Union (EU), Sweden and Denmark, with the aim to introduce the basic content of the Strategy to related agencies and organizations as well as exchange and discuss the mechanisms and measures for effective implementation of the Strategy, on August 20, 2011, Ministry of Justice organized a workshop deploying the development strategy on lawyers to 2020 in Ba Ria - Vung Tau.
Attending and chairing the workshop were Ms. Do Hoang Yen - Director of Judicial Support Department under Ministry of Justice and Mr. Nguyen Thai Phuc- Director of the Representative Office of the Ministry of Justice in Ho Chi Minh City.
At the workshop, Ms.Do Hoang Yen presented the basic content of the Development Strategy on Lawyers to 2020, focusing on the objectives, orientations and implementation measures for the strategy during 2011-2015 and 2016-2020.
The participants also exchanged views and discussed the preliminary outline of the overall plan and schedule implementing development strategy on lawyers to 2020.
To further introduce the basic content of the Strategy and discuss measures for effective implementation of the Strategy in the coming time, Ministry of Justice will organize another workshop deploying the development strategy on lawyers to 2020 at the Vietnam Trade Union Hotel, No 14 Tran Binh Trong, Hanoi on August 24, 2011 for the Northern provinces./.-ITD
