The delegation of Ministry of Justice paid a working visit to Yen Bai Province
On August 24, the delegation of Ministry of Justice led by Minister Ha Hung Cuong had a working session with Yen Bai provicial Party Committee, People’s Committee and People’s Council on strengthening the effectiveness of judicial work and civil judgment enforcement.
At the meeting, Ms. Ngo Thi Chinh -Vice Chairman of Yen Bai provincial People’s Committee- highly appreciated the advisory and contributions of the provicial justice and civil judgment enforcement agencies. She said that these agencies gained notable achievements which strongly supported the State management activities and met people’s demand. In addition, the judicial staff has been gradually improved both in quality and in quantity, helping to improve the effectiveness of judicial work. However, the provincial agencies of justice and civil judgment enforcement still faced with certain difficulties and limits due to the general difficulties of the province. Besides, the quality of the staff and the material facilities do not meet the work’s demand, especially the judicial staff at district and commune levels.  The provincial People’s Committee proposed Ministry of Justice to have staff policies and mechanism to attract talents, perfect the system of documents on functions and tasks in the judicial field to create the stability and unity.

Justice Minister was glad to see the changes in the provincial judicial work and civil judgment enforcement. He asked the local authorities to strengthen the Departments’ leaders, further improve the work of legal normative documents (from the lowest level) toward the criteria of perfecting the legal system, amending and supplementing the Constitution under the 13th National Assembly tenure. He also noted that the province needed to improve the quality of judicial staff.

On this occasion, Justice Minister awarded campaign medals to 06 individuals of Justice Department for their contributions to the Sector’s development./.-ITD
