Implementing the guidance of the Prime Minister at Document No. 3364/VPCP-KSTT on May 26, 2011 by the Office of Government, the Ministry of Justice on July 12 organized the Conference on deploying the tasks of controling administrative procedures. Attending the meeting were Mr. Ha Hung Cuong- Minister of Justice, Mr. Nguyen Duc Chinh- Deputy Minister of Justice, Mr. Nguyen Van Lam- Deputy Director of Administrative Procedure Control Agency under the Government Office, leaders and staff of departments under the Ministry who are in charge of administrative procedures.
Addressing at the Conference, Minister Ha Hung Cuong stressed that reform of administrative procedures was a frequent activity towards the common goal to create all favorable conditions for individuals, organizations in activities relating to administrative procedures. The departments under the Ministry needed to further cooperation in activities of administrative reforms, increase the dialogues with citizens and organizations, create simple and effective administrative procedures…
Agreeing with the Minister, Deputy Minister Nguyen Duc Chinh expressed the hope that the reform of administrative procedures would witness further positive changes to meet the demands of individuals and businesses. He also noted that reform of administrative procedures needed to attach to information technology to help individuals and businesses effectively approach administrative procedures
Also at the conference, Mr. Tran Van Quang , Director of the Personnel and Organization Department, has announced the decision of establishing Division of administrative procedure control and Minister Ha Hung Cuong handed the appointment decision as Unit Head to Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Hoa.
In the afternoon of the same day, the Ministry of Justice organized the training conference about administrative procedure control for key professionals of the units./- ITD
