International Conference on judicial reform according to the 11th Party Congress documents and the requirements set for international cooperation
Ministry of Justice and the Delegation of the European Union (EU) to Vietnam on July 1 held the International Conference on judicial reform according to the 11th Party Congress documents and the requirements set for international cooperation. This activity is under the program for Justice Partnership Program (JPP) sponsored by the European Commission, Denmark and Sweden. Standing Deputy Minister of Justice Hoang The Lien co-chaired the meeting.
In his opening speech, Deputy Minister Hoang The Lien stressed that the conference was the event expected by the judicial and legal agencies and donors since this was an opportunity for local and international experts to study matters relating to judicial reform in the 11th Party Congress documents and international cooperation in judicial sector.

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Denmark in Vietnam John Nielsen said that 11th Party Congress documents were valuable to judicial reform and Justice Partnership Program.

At the meeting, local and international experts presented issues on judicial reform in the 11th Party Congress documents and orientation towards international integration. Participants then discussed and clarified these issues to point out the role of judicial cooperation in judicial reform in Vietnam after the 11th Party Congress./.-ITD
