Celebrating the 10th anniversary of the National Registry of Secured Transactions Department
National Registry of Secured Transactions Department (under Ministry of Justice) on June 8 solemnly held the 10th anniversary of its establishment. On behalf of the Party Commission and leaders of the Ministry, Deputy Minister Dinh Trung Tung sent congratulations to leaders and staff of the Department and emphasized that the Department has gained notable achievements.
The Department has successfully fulfilled its tasks and duties of propagation and dissemination of legal education on registration of secured transactions, contributing to raise the awareness of organizations and individuals on registration of secured transactions.

The Department has also confirmed the role and the necessity to build a scientific, modern secured transactions registry system, which helped to consolidate and strengthen the institutions of the market economy with socialist orientation.

The Deputy Minister asked the Department to go on perfecting and implementing strategies, master-plans, plans, schemes, projects, and legal documents on registration of Secured transactions as well as to set up and manage the National Database on Secured Transactions…

With the gained achievements, the National Registry of Secured Transactions Department was awarded the Third Class of Labor Medal by the State President and the emulation flag of the Prime Minister for the leading unit in 2010 emulation movement. Besides, the Deputy Minister Nguyen Thuy Hien (former Director of the Department) and Director Vu Duc Long were also honored to receive the third class of Labour Medals in recognition of their achievements./.-ITD
