At this “big event”, people who are working in the justice and civil judgement enforcement sector all over the country meet in Danang city to share their joys and happiness after a hard working year. This is also a chance for them to review the past four years (stage 2007-2010) when the sector has made efforts to overcome difficulties, marking their role in the socio-economic developments in each region and the whole country.

This year, all fields of the sector (the legal building and implementation, judicial support, registry of secured transactions, legal dissemination and education, legal aid, judicial administration, child adoption, education and traning, scientific research, corruption prevention, administrative and judicial reforms, civil judgement enforcement, international cooperation…) gained notable results. Some fields witnessed the positive changes and achievements comparing to the year 2009.

The achievements of the sector in 2010 as well as in the previous years created a bright and complete picture of the judicial works in the stage 2007-2010. Thanks to the gained achievements, the role of justice sector has been affirmed and raised.

However, the judicial works in stage 2007 -2010 in general and in 2010 in particular also faced with certain limits and shortcomings due to the huge load of work and the insufficiency of staff and budget.

At this national congress, reviewing the four years of effort, the delegates will draw the lessons of experience from the achieved results and recommend the solutions in order to gain better results in the judicial works in 2011 and in the next five year stage, asserting the significant role of the justice sector in the country’s socio-economic development./-ITD
