Attending the conference were representatives from Vietnamese Government, foreign embassies, international organizations and international experts working in the legal cooperation programs and projects in Vietnam.At the dialogue, the delegates shared and proposed various ways and recommendations on building and perfecting the institutions on monitoring law implementation; evaluating the legal implementation; strengthening the organization; and improving the staff’s capability in monitoring law implementation…The attendees also highly appreciated the role of Ministry of Justice in monitoring law implementation.
