In order to implement the three-year cooperation program in the legal and judicial fields between Vietnam and Germany in the stage 2009-2011, on 15 December 2010, Ministry of Justice coordinated with Konrad Adenauer Foundation (KAS) to organize the third monitoring meeting. Ms Do Hoang Oanh- Deputy Director of International Cooperation Department under Ministry of Justice- and Mr Amos R. Helms- Country Representative of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Vietnam- co-chaired the meeting.
The three-year cooperation program ( stage 2009-2011) in the legal and judicial fields between Vietnam and Germany aimed at concretizing the joint declaration on cooperation between the two countries. After two years of implementation, lots of activities have been carried out with positive achievements, which corresponds with the hope to establish and expand the cooperation in the legal and judicial fields between Vietnam and Germany.
At the meeting, delegates discussed various matters such as: checking and updating the implementation of the cooperation program in the past two years, especially the activities that have been done in 2010; suggesting recommendations to solve the difficulties and shortcomings; discussing the cooperation plan in 2011 to effectively implement the joint declaration on cooperation in the legal and judicial fields between two countries./.-ITD
