Accordingly, the implementation of actual adoption registration was conducted in five phases, starting from August, 2012 to December, 2015 and has a vision to fulfill the basic function before June, 2015.
The objective of the Plan is to contribute to protecting the rights and interests of the parties in relation to the parents and children; prevent and limit the impact of disputes arising from the adoption of practical, stable people's lives, and to facilitate the management of state adoption, contribute to strengthening civil status management in the province. This is also the basis for enhancing the propagation and dissemination of the law on adoption in general and adoption fact in particular for the people to understand the purpose, basic meaning of adoption registration, self-voluntary adoption registration; attract the participation of local organizations involved in working to motivate and encourage people to register for the adoption in the same time.
