Launching workshop of the National Legislative Development Project
Ministry of Justice on September 18 held a launching workshop for National Legislative Development Project on introducing content, programs and coordination mechanisms for implementing the project. The workshop were participated by representatives of central agencies, Justice Departments, number of international organizations ... Deputy Minister of Justice Dinh Trung Tung attended the workshop and had an opening speech.

The National Legislative Project Development funded by the Government of Canada has a period of 7 years with a capital of 15 million Canadian dollars to support the legislative reform process of Vietnam and improving the quality of the documents legislation in the field of economics. With this initiative, the project will support the Vietnamese Government in developing a solid legal framework, transparent and effective to meet the needs of all people and support economic development in Vietnam.

This project was designed in parallel with the initiatives of the Government of Vietnam and other donors to support the four core elements of the legislative process: planning, policy analysis, legislative drafting, and the coherence and systematization of laws. Joining in the project beneficiaries are the Ministry of Justice and Law Committee of the National Assembly, the Government Office, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Justice is the Vietnamese lead partner.
