Congratulating Mr Mutsuya Mori on the new position, the Minister expressed the hope that he would have further positive contribution to enhance the relation between Vietnam and Japan. He affirmed that Ministry of Justice was willing to assist Mr Mori in fullfiling his tasks in Vietnam.
Mr Mori gave thanks to the Minister’s warm welcome and said the strategic relation between Vietnam and Japan has been acknowledged by the two governments, which creates favorable conditions for the cooperation in all fields, especially in the legal and judicial field.
