At the meeting, the Deputy Minister expressed the hope that two sides would create specific draft plan for cooperation focusing on some major orientations: cooperation to give comments for some legal documents of Vietnam regulating notarization activities; expanding cooperation in notarial field between the localities of the two countries; holding workshops to further exchange professional experiences.
The high Council of France in public notary expressed particular interest over the coming promulgation of Vietnam Code of Ethics of notaries. They affirmed that the issuance of the Code was significant, and affected the establishment of central and local notarization associations as well as to the conditions relating to the participation of Vietnam in the Council of Latin notaries in the coming time./.-ITD
