Implementing the Decision No. 250/QD-TTg dated February10, 2010 of the Prime Minister approving the Scheme on formulation of the master plan for development of notarization practicing organizations in Vietnam through 2020, Ministry of Justice held a working delegation examining the notarisation in Spain from November 25 to December 04, 2011.
The working delegation (including leaders from Department of Planning and Finance, Department of Economic-Civil Legislation, Department of International Cooperation, Office of the Ministry of Justice; representatives from Office of Government; the Ministry of Home Affairs and some notaries of the notary public organizations of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City as well as Hanoi Notary Association) was led by Ms. Do Hoang Yen Director of Judicial Support Department .
During the working trip, delegation worked with the General Department of Administration registration and notary( under Spanish Ministry of Justice), Institute of International Law; Faculty of Law University of Rey Juan Carlos; The Spainish General Council of notary; Notary Association of Barcelona; Office of registration and records management of Madrid and many notarial offices in the cities of Madrid and Barcelona.
Through the trip, the working delegation has gained lots of knowledge and experiences on the organization and operation of Spainish notarisation; therefore, it sets premises for the researching, modifying and supplementing of the Notary Law. The trip also laid the foundation for establishing cooperation between notarization practising organisations of Vietnam and Spain./.-ITD
