Justice Minister received Vice President of Federal Administrative Court of Germany
On 11 January 2011, Mr Michael Hund, Vice President of Federal Administrative Court of Germany, came to greet Justice Minister Ha Hung Cuong on the occasion of his working visit to Vietnam from 10 to 13 January 2011.

At the reception, Minister Ha Hung Cuong was glad to meet Mr Michael Hund and other judges of federal administrative court and high administrative court of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern State in Vietnam at the New Year time.  He highly hailed the delegation’s visit and asserted that Vietnam respect the help and support of international friends during its global integration. While discussing administrative Law, the Minister noted that the Law made a significant contribution to enhancing the democracy and state responsibility in Vietnam. The exchange of experiences on administrative law between countries was necessary and useful for Vietnam to perfect this law. On this occasion, he asked Mr Michael Hund to convey his invitation to German Minister of Justice and President of federal administrative court for an official visit to Vietnam.

For his part, Mr Michael Hund thanked Minister Ha Hung Cuong for his warm welcome and shared views on administrative law. He said that administrative laws in Vietnam and Germany have certain similarities. The exchange of views on administrative law will be useful for both countries so that Germany is now interested in the implementation of this law in Vietnam. In the field of training, two sides had a discussion about taking Vietnamese judges to Germany to learn experiences on trials./.-ITD
