The official Signing Ceremony of Joint Circular guiding the application of a number of legal assistance provisions to civil matters in Law on Legal Assistance The Signing Ceremony was held between the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Supreme People's Court on September 15. Attending the ceremony were Mr. Hoang The Lien- Standing Deputy Ministry of Justice, Mr Tran Van Tu-Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Son- Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, representatives of the agencies under the Ministry of Justice and press agencies.The Joint Circular will guide the application of a number of provisions on the principles, competence, order and procedures for legal assistance in civil matters; solving the results of the provision of civil legal assistance and responsibilities of Vietnamese state agencies in legal assistance. The joint circular applies to Vietnamese agencies, organizations and individuals and foreign agencies, organizations and individuals engaged in legal assistance activities to civil matters with Vietnam./.-ITD
