Ministry of Justice on September 14 has organized a training conference providing professional guidance on legal dissemination and education for the legal staff from ministries, ministerial-level agencies and Government agencies.
The training conference is divided into four main parts, including two parts that introduced the Law amending and supplementing some articles of the Civil Procedure Code and the Law on Administrative Procedure and two other parts introducing presentation skills on legal dissemination and education as well as skills on buiding and planning program for legal dissemination and education.
This is one of the activities under the scheme improving the quality of human resources for Legal Dissemination and Education program from 2008 - 2012 which was approved in Decision No. 37/2008/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister. The Ministry of Justice hopes that through the conference the participants will contribute ideas and opinions to help the legal dissemination and education meet the current requirements and be consistent with the practices./.-ITD
