Justice delegation met with Vinh Phuc provincial Departments of Justice and Civil Judgment Enforcement
This morning, Ministry of Justice’s delegation led by Minister Ha Hung Cuong had a working session with Vinh Phuc provincial Party Committee, the People’s Committee and the People’s Council on the judicial work and civil judgment enforcement.
Mr Tran Dien, Deputy Director of Vinh Phuc provincial Department of Justice, affirmed that the provincial Justice Sector has well implemented its advisory work, improved the effect and validity of State management on activities in fields under its management in Vinh Phuc. The provincial justice sector also determined its central tasks in the coming time, focusing on creating the dramatic and comprehensive changes in directing and improving the quality and effect of legal dissemination and education.

Besides, the civil judgment enforcement has gained positive results. The department has implemented 1,835 cases and collected VND 23 billion (from December 2010 to March 2011). The professional activities have been solved quickly and timely. However, the civil judgment enforcement sector still faced with difficulties due to the limitations of the staff  as well as the poor conditions of working facilities.

Addressing at the meeting, Justice Minister said that the judicial work and civil judgment enforcement in Vinh Phuc basically met the demands of the Sector, Ministry and province, closely following the central tasks and duties. The civil judgment enforcement achieved positive changes and reduced the remaining cases. However, he emphasized that the provincial justice sector still needed to make more efforts. The Minister also noted the recommendations of the Departments of Justice and Civil Judgment Enforcement  to further the cooperation between Ministry and province in the judicial work and civil judgment enforcement./.-ITD
