The Department of Justice of Nam Dinh Province, on September 14, held the training course on the legal dissemination and education. Attending the training course were leaders of the provincial Department of Justice and Truc Ninh district’s People’s Committee as well as 120 propagandists on legislation from communes and towns of Truc Ninh district.
The Judicial Publishing House held the meeting of collaborators and the inauguration ceremony of its Publishing Aid and Legal book Distribution Center in Ho Chi Minh City on September 14. The center was founded with the aim to promote and advertise the Judicial Publishing House’s books in the South of Vietnam, emphasizing on three areas: (1) books for research and study, (2) books for ESP in law and (3) books for legal dissemination and education.
On September 20-21, Department of Criminal and Administrative Legislation and the Representative Office of Ministry of Justice in Ho Chi Minh City will cooperate to hold the conference on “making suggestions to the Draft Law on human trafficking” before submitting the Draft to the National Assembly. The conference is a part of Vietnamese COMMIT’s activities in 2010, with the budget aid from UNICEF./.- ITD
