Gia Lai Province hosted a training law on secured transactions
Implementation of collaborative activities in 2013 on building support, improving the law, on June 20, the Justice Ministry in collaboration with JICA Project held training law on secured transactions and transaction registration secured in Gia Lai province.

Participants are trained officers of the Justice Department, the Offices of land use rights registration, enforcement of civil judgments, the notary public institutions, credit institutions, auctions, lawyers in the province of Gia Lai.

Through the training content, the Rapporteurs has equipped to students with legal knowledge, professional skills to receive and resolve credit record, record registration required collateral. In addition, participants were also introduced to regulations and legal situation should be noted when performing the registration of transactions secured by real estate, land use rights and assets attached to land. The Rapporteur also solve problems, situations arise in the practical application of the law of secured transactions and registration of security transactions in the province.
